What sock sizes are available?

Men’s socks come in two, three, or four size ranges depending on the model. Overall, our men’s socks range from the smallest size EU 39 (UK 6.5) to extra-large size EU 50 (UK 15).
Women’s socks come in two size ranges starting from size EU 35 (UK 3) to EU 42 (UK 8.5).

What is the right sock size for me?

How are the socks packed?

Your order will be packed in a lightweight, waterproof plastic bag. Nothing fancy. We try to reduce shipping costs, therefore making the product more affordable.

Do you offer gift wrapping?

Currently, we do not provide this option.

Are there socks on sale?

Right now, a 20% discount is being offered on a selection of socks for men and women. You may want to check these pages occasionally, as we try to update the list of socks on sale on a regular basis.

How to care for socks?

Caring for socks is pretty easy. To ensure they look good and last longer, please follow these simple instructions:

- Machine wash at 40°C (104°F); turn inside out;
- Do not tumble dry;
- Do not iron;
- Do not bleach;
- Treat your socks with love.

Why haven’t I received an order confirmation email?

The confirmation email is sent upon a successful purchase. If you have not received this within 1 hour of purchase, please do the following:

Can I make changes to my order?

Due to the fact that we try to ship all orders within 24 hours of purchase, it is important that we acknowledge your request in a timely manner. Which currency will I be charged in?

All transactions on our website are held in EUR (€).

Although you may see prices indicated in other currencies (e.g., GBP), these are only to help you better understand the value of your purchase should your local currency be different from EUR. Please check with your bank or credit card company to find out the conversion rate that might be used.

Are there any additional/hidden fees?

We ship internationally to almost all countries around the world.

What are the shipping costs?

This depends on the total sum of your order:

☛ We offer FREE worldwide shipping on all orders over €45.

☛ There is a €2.95 flat rate international shipping cost on orders below €45.

Please note! While there are no additional taxes and/or fees on orders shipped within the EU, shipping to non-EU countries may be subject to customs duty, sales tax, VAT, and/or other types of fees levied by the destination country. In order to avoid any surprises, please contact your nearest customs office for more information.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

The delivery time varies depending on the destination country.

Usually, it takes between 4 to 7 business days within Europe.
Delivery outside of Europe is estimated to take between 7 and 12 business days.

We will do our best to collect, pack, and ship your socks within 24 hours of purchase to ensure their quick delivery. All orders are shipped from Monday to Friday, except on public holidays.

How can I change my shipping address after purchasing?

Due to the fact that we try to ship all orders within 24 hours of purchase, it is important that we acknowledge your request in a timely manner. Please send your message through this contact form or email [email protected] specifying the new address. Do not forget to include your full name and order number.

Please note! Once your order ships, there is no possibility of changing the shipping address.

I haven’t received my package. What should I do?

From our experience, a few things could have happened:

☛ Your order is still on its way. This situation is very common, especially prior to big holidays. Please give it a chance and wait a couple more days.

☛ Your order is expecting you at a post office. There could be a few reasons for this: some information was missing in your address, the package couldn’t fit into your mailbox, the recipient wasn’t at home to sign the delivery receipt etc. No matter what the case is, please check your local post office.

☛ Your order has been lost. Yes, this happens sometimes. However, there is nothing to worry about. Please message us through this contact form or email [email protected] describing your situation. Do not forget to include your full name and order number.


What is your return policy?

We offer 60-day free returns for everyone who is not satisfied with our socks. You will receive a full monetary refund including your shipping costs, provided that your return notification is sent within 60 calendar days from the purchase date.

To request a product return, use this contact form or email [email protected].com. Please include your full name, email address, and order number. We would also appreciate it if you briefly describe your reasons for returning the product. Within 48 hours of receipt of your request, we will send you a confirmation email along with further instructions.

How long does it take to receive my money back?

Once your order is received at our warehouse, please allow us up to 3 business days to process your refund. Depending on your method of payment or your credit/debit card issuer, it may take between 5 and 10 business days before your funds appear in your account.

Can I return socks purchased on other sites or at the retailer?

We only accept returns and offer you refunds on socks purchased on and our other official stores on eBay and Amazon.
